Refund Policy

All buildout fees are non-refundable.

Monthly subscriptions are subject to our cancellation policy:

Customers must provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to cancellation, after which services will terminate at the end of the notice period. Any disputes regarding billing must be raised within 30 days of the charge.

Late Payments & Fees

If payments are not made on time, access to services may be suspended after the grace period of 14 days. Late fees or reconnection fees may apply at our discretion.

User Responsibilities

  • You may modify or customise the AI system, but doing so voids agency responsibility for functionality.
  • Customers are strictly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, or distributing the AI bots in any form without prior written consent from Us.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of our AI services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You must safeguard your login credentials and prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Intellectual Property (IP)

Ownership of AI frameworks, templates, and coaching materials remain the sole property of ours and do not transfer to the customer under any circumstances. You must credit the agency when using our AI services and may not claim AI systems as your own creation. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell any proprietary materials unless explicitly authorised.

Support & Guarantees

Support is provided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the agency offering the services. No performance guarantees: We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or success. Any guidance or advice provided should not be considered professional, financial, or legal advice.

Termination & Suspension

Agencies control the suspension and cancellation of their own users. The non-payment grace period is 14 days. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access if we determine that a user has violated these Terms.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved under the laws of England and Wales. By using our AI services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within this state.

Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for AI misinterpretations or errors.
  • We are not responsible for any business losses resulting from AI recommendations or performance.
  • We are not liable for third-party integrations, including damages caused by external services.
  • We are not responsible for system downtime or interruptions beyond our control.

Data Privacy & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for safeguarding their sensitive information and access credentials. Any data stored or processed through our AI services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
